Today Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan and Minister of Agriculture Sergo Karapetyan visited Rostselmash. Director General of Rostselmash Valery Maltsev acquainted the guests with technical and economic potential of the company, introduced them main subdivisions and modern model range of agricultural equipment to be produced.

This question was raised in April during the visit of the Rostov Region delegation to Erevan, at the meeting of Deputy Governor Vladimir Cherkezov and Rostselmash’s representative with the leadership of Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic. The Armenian side has expressed interest not only in delivery of equipment, but also in possibility of its assembly in the country, as well as in organization of complex service support.
“High quality service of each bought harvester or tractor, other machinery and equipment — one of the main principles of the our company‘s sale policy. For the lasts years Rostselmash supplied 974 grain harvesters to Armenia. Many of them are still operating properly. Today we are ready to provide the Armenian farmers with required amount of modern agricultural equipment, high quality technical support of their work in field”, Director General of Rostselmash Valery Maltsev said.
Equipment support of the rural areas is one of the key directions of Armenia government policy in the development of agribusiness industry. Rostselmash’s partner in promoting products in the Republic is a local company Galoper.
